As a retired Coast Guard veteran I have fished all over the world, my entire life has been spent on or around the water. I transferred back to North Carolina in 2016 and began working as a mate on multiple local charter boats, before obtaining my captains licenses and pursuing my dream of running my own charter. Spend an unforgettable day fishing around the waters of Sneads Ferry. Ofishal Charters will help you explore the inshore and nearshore spots, while catching tasty fish on the way. The trips are available year round and anglers of all experience levels are welcome to join. You don’t need any kind of special preparations to enjoy this exciting sport.
You’ll be fishing from a 21’ Nautic Star boat that accommodates up to 3 anglers. She’s powered by a 150 HP Suzuki engine and features the latest navigational electronics, a wireless trolling motor, and a live bait tank. We offer inshore and nearshore trips (weather dependent), you will have the possibility of catching Red Drum, Speckled trout, Flounder (when in season), Black Drum, Sheepshead, Atlantic Bonito, Spanish Mackerel, and King Mackerel.
Your fishing equipment is fully covered by the captain and he takes care of your fishing license as well. You only need to bring some snacks and drinks for the day. To enjoy long hours on the boat, it’s best to have sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen with you.
